Point breakdown & privacy

Leaderboards show performance, participation, volunteer, and sportsmanship columns. Set visibility to public (no sign-in) or members-only per sport.

Configurable scoring weights

Tune win rate, placement, point differential, opponent/partner strength, and senior age handicap (from member birth dates — default weight 10). Weights stay on unless an admin or captain checks Remove all performance weights and confirms. Optional club rating is a play-adjusted 1.0–5.5 scale with per-surface display toggles.

Round robin, KOTC, ladder, Swiss

Sport-specific presets for pickleball, tennis, and bocce — weights tuned when you first enable rankings. Club Play pairs by format: round robin and Swiss even out games played; king of the court and ladder keep winners on court and rotate the bench.

Seasonal Standings & series

Run 6-month women's doubles 3.5+, men's singles, and more — with eligibility rules and seasonal standings captains who enter results. Admins assign captains from Rankings or Members, and can rename a league in place (Save name) without creating a second season.

iPhone and Android app

Members search for the community, sign in, and open standings, session results, and league play. Court booking stays in the Club Court Manager app.

Weekly play groupsSchedule a League block with a name, repeat, courts, and one captain — or Modify an existing series. Club Play → Weekly play → Create or modify a block opens Admin → Schedule with League selected (not Sections). The captain chooses which formats that group may use.
Seasonal StandingsOptional season total — eligibility, rename in place, and a table of linked nights.
Club Play hubRun this week from the group: king of the court, round robin, ladder, or Swiss, with signup, courts, optional player cap, and optional number of rounds at Start live. Round robin and Swiss keep games even. King of the Court and ladder keep winners on court and rotate the bench. Replace a player who has to leave: scored games stay with them, a roster member who is not already in the session takes the rest of the night, and both are recorded when the session ends.
