Booking & calendar

• Multi-sport sectionsYour admins name each sport and set its courts, hours, and booking rules. Common examples: pickleball, tennis, bocce, paddle, platform tennis, racquetball, shuffleboard — or any other activity your community offers. Admins name each bookable space. For example: volleyball, basketball, billiards, baseball and softball fields, and more: name any space.
• Bookable roomsCard rooms, meeting rooms, and other admin-named rooms — separate from sports, with club-wide hours, daily limits, and advance windows.
• Calendar-style gridCourts or rooms across the top, times down the side — like a day-view schedule. Members tap open slots to book; colors show availability, reservations, and admin blocks.
• Advance booking windowConfigurable days ahead and minimum lead time per sport — plus a new-day unlock time, so the farthest bookable day can open at noon (or any club time) instead of triggering a midnight rush.
• Daily limitsMax reservations a member may create per day, counted per sport. Playing as a guest on someone else’s booking does not count.
• Session length limitsSet max play time per sport (e.g. 90 or 120 minutes) — you choose the cap.
• Schedule blocksOpen play, league, clinic, tournament, and maintenance — color-coded on the grid.
• Court groupsSkill-based or hidden court groups for different member levels.
• Photo ID gateOptional per sport before members can book. Roster search shows a thumbnail when a photo ID is on file.

Members

• Magic link sign-inNo password required — secure email link in minutes.

• Player invitesInvite roster members; they Accept, Maybe, or Decline from email, My Reservations, the court, or the app, and can change until the game starts in the community timezone, including inside the booking lead window. My Reservations keeps games they accepted, declined, or marked maybe, with a note everyone on that reservation can see. Replies close once play starts. Search shows a photo thumbnail when a photo ID is on file. Lineup shows Host, In, Maybe, Pending, or Declined.
• Saved player groupsLoad your regular foursome when booking.
• Find a PlayerRoster-only board for a sub or partner — no reservation required. Open Play and League blocks offer Find a partner with the session filled in.
• Profile & photo IDMembers manage their own contact info. Roster search shows a photo thumbnail when a photo ID is on file; administrators can open the full image.
• Have a question? Get a fast, accurate response.Ask in the header on every page. Click the X to clear the question and the answer. Answers come from Club Court Manager and Club Rankings product manuals — not your club’s local rules. When a section has a screenshot, Ask links to that picture. Under the answer, Open Instruction Manual opens these steps. Included for every community.

Administrators

• Member rosterPer-sport lists, signup approval with View profile, bulk invite, and status tracking.
• CSV roster importBring your roster from CourtReserve, HOA software, or a spreadsheet — names, emails, phones, ratings, member numbers.
• Schedule blocksBlock courts across date ranges — no arbitrary length limits for admins.
• Bulk emailFormatted announcements to roster segments — shared drafts, photos with links, and print before you send.
• ReportsCourt usage by date, court, player, and type, plus cancellations, roster exports, and amenity-release coverage.

• Browse sessionsSigned-in members view completed club session scores on the Sessions tab; click for per-player results.
• Member submissionsPlayers log session results; everyone confirms before standings update.
• Admin entry & CSV importEnter league night results directly or import roster and history from spreadsheets.
• Weekly play groupsAdmin → Schedule, block type League: create a new block or Modify a posted series (name, repeat, courts, one captain). From Club Play → Weekly play, Create or modify a block opens that Schedule form. It does not open Sections. The captain turns on King of the Court, round robin, ladder, and/or Swiss for that group.
• Seasonal StandingsOptional season total. Link a weekly group when you want many nights to add up. Rename in place. Performance weights stay on unless a captain or admin removes them after a confirmation.
• Club PlayLive nights at /club-play — the captain runs this week from the group. Signup, courts, optional player cap, and optional number of rounds at Start live. Round robin and Swiss keep games even. King of the Court and ladder keep winners on court and still rotate the bench. If a player has to leave, Replace keeps scored games with them and gives the rest of the night to a roster member who is not already in the session. Both are recorded when the session ends.
• Privacy controlsMembers-only or public leaderboard visibility per sport — public mode works without sign-in.
• TrainingShared practice site — choose Member, Captain, or Administrator on the welcome screen; fictional players only; no sign-in required.

Terms & compliance

• Terms & amenity releaseMembers accept two documents before booking: Club Court Manager Terms of Use and your community's amenity liability release. Boards can publish a new release; members re-accept before they book again. Guest accept-at-booking is not included yet.
• SMS consentExplicit opt-in before text reminders or sign-in codes.
• Security audit logAppend-only log of admin and member actions — Admin → Security.
